* 3. Box lunches will be catered by Freedom A La Cart, which provides employment and support to survivors of human trafficking. Please make your lunch selection. Any of these options can be made gluten-free. The Hummus Veggie Wrap and the Life Salad are vegetarian and can be made vegan.

* 5. Take 5 provides 6 hours of CE credit for OLC recertification, and may be applicable for CEUs in other programs. A certificate of attendance is available, on request, to document your participation in Take 5, event content and learning objectives, and contact hours.
