We are moving to 430 Cannon St. E
Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS)

The opioid crisis in Canada, driven by prescription opioid misuse, synthetic opioids like fentanyl, and illicit drug use, has led to a rising number of deaths.
Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre (CHC) is committed to working with marginalized communities in the downtown core, working closely with community members including service providers and their agencies, businesses, schools, Hamilton
Police and above all service users and has been doing so for over 25 years.
The Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) provides a safe hygienic environment for people to consume pre-obtained drugs under the supervision of trained and qualified staff in the case of an overdose. It provides low barrier, lifesaving service to address the opioid crisis which has affected the Hamilton area quite rapidly. We remain dedicated to the community and will continue to seek to hear your concerns, provide ongoing reports, trends and education, in a variety of ways, regarding the CTS.
