West Yorkshire Combined Authority has commissioned research to develop a clearer understanding of the domestic retrofit workforce and skills landscape across West Yorkshire.
The purpose of this survey is to gather employer feedback on recruitment and skills needs, training provision, barriers to growth, and the types of support that could help businesses respond to retrofit opportunities. The survey is open to any business that works on domestic retrofit projects, and not just those based in West Yorkshire.
The survey takes 10 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and you do not have to answer any question that you do not wish to. The answers that you give will be anonymised, and survey findings will be reported in summary form.
