Anonymous Survey

IFUT is the only union in Ireland organising workers exclusively in the Higher Education Sector. One of the core objectives of IFUT is to safeguard and advance the terms and condition of employment of members. Organising for decent work and campaigning against the increasing precarity and casualisation of work in Higher Education are key to the daily work of IFUT. We are asking IFUT members, members of other unions and people who are not currently a member of any union to complete this survey to assist us in gathering information on the quality of employment and the experience of people working in Higher Education. The results of this survey will assist IFUT, and in particular, the IFUT Precarious Employment Campaign Steering Group, in our work in each institution and across the sector as we organise, campaign and negotiate for decent work.
