Little Deers - How are we doing?

We are constantly striving to improve the quality of care and learning we provide and always have many plans and ideas for the year ahead. However, we need your help; as part of our improvement and development plan we carry out a self evaluation, as part of this, we would also like your input and thoughts, complimentary or constructive. Therefore, we ask if you could spare a few minutes to answer the following questions.

When Ofsted carry out inspections of childcare and nursery settings, they make their judgement about the overall quality of care and nursery education provided, by asking themselves the all important question, what is it like for a child here? As a registered childcare provider, we must also keep this question in mind when completing our self evaluation form and development plan. We, therefore feel it only fair to include your point of view and your child’s when completing our form. If your child is old enough, please chat to them and ask them what they like about Little Deers, and what they would like to be better. It is their nursery after all.
