If you have more than one child at the school, you may complete one survey per child or submit a single survey that reflects your overall experience.

All answers will be kept completely anonymous and confidential. Results will be tabulated by a third party, Future Design School, who will then share a report with The York School’s leadership team and Board of Directors.
