5.Summer Reading Program: June 1 – August 15

Gold: Provide a donation of $500 or a free offer (or other promotion) to Summer Reading participants (at least 5000). Free offer details will appear on a Library scratch-off card.

Silver: Provide coupons (at least 300) for distribution to a select number of people who sign up.

Bronze: Donate gift card(s)/certificates or promotional items for raffle at Summer Reading Kick-Off Party.

6.Winter Reading Challenge: December 15 – January 31

Gold: Provide a donation of (min. $500) to the local nonprofit recipient of the Winter Reading program.

Silver: Donate gift cards of $10 - $25 value to be included in 8 – 16 prize baskets as a drawing for participants who complete the program. You may choose to donate to one or all the baskets indicated below.

Bronze: Donate gift cards of $10 - $25 value to be included in 4 or less gift baskets as a drawing prize for participants who complete the program. You may choose to donate to one or to all the prize baskets indicated below.

This agreement, including Policy 8-8, represents the entire agreement between the Library and the undersigned partner. The Library and partner each represent that the individual signing has the authority to commit to their respective company or organization. This agreement may not be modified except in writing by both parties. Either partner has the right to terminate this agreement according to Policy 8-8.
