  • The competition will be open from 10am, Monday 17 September to 5pm, Friday 12 October 2018.
  • The prize is your choice of either a $100 Coles/Myer voucher or $100 to spend towards a health and wellbeing program at a Hobsons Bay Community Centre or Neighbourhood House
  • Complete the survey for your chance to win the above prize.  Must include contact details if you want to be eligible for the prize
  • All eligible entrants will go into the prize draw and one will be randomly drawn at 12pm, Monday 15th October
  • The winner will be notified by email or phone by 5pm Tuseday 16th October
  • Should the prize be unclaimed it will be redrawn on Monday 5th November
