Day 1: Lower Body Training Day Time: 9:30 am - Completion time may vary
 

9:30 am - Registration and Introduction Get to know your fellow participants and receive an overview of the day's activities.
 

10:00 am - Squat Technique Workshop Focus on improving your squat technique through expert guidance and personalized assessment of weak points, including physical, mental, and technical aspects.
 

12:00 pm - Submaximal to Maximal Squat Training Gradually increase the weight as you perform squats to assess and identify areas for improvement in your physical capabilities.
 

2:00 pm - Deadlift Technique Workshop Receive in-depth instruction on proper deadlift technique and discover your weak points, both physical and mental, through dedicated assessments.
 

4:00 pm - Targeted Special Exercises Learn specific exercises tailored to address your individual weak points. Our trainers will guide you on the correct execution of these exercises.
 

5:30 pm - TYAO Leg Training Session with Dave Prepare for an intense leg training session led by Dave, designed to challenge your limits and push you towards your goals.
 

6:30 pm - Post-Training Q&A Session To ensure that all your questions are answered and concerns addressed, we have limited the number of participants for an intimate Q&A session. 
 
This sit-down session will cover your specific training concerns, the best way for you to progress forward, and your program design and all of your questions answered.

9:30 am - Registration and Introduction Connect with fellow attendees and receive an overview of the day's activities.
 

10:00 am - Bench Press Technique Workshop Improve your bench press technique through focused training, receiving personalized feedback and identifying weak points in physical, mental, and technical aspects.
 

11:00 pm - Submaximal to Maximal Bench Press Training Gradually increase the weight as you perform bench presses to evaluate and determine areas for improvement in your physical capabilities.
 

12:00 pm - Targeted Special Exercises Discover a range of exercises specifically tailored to address your individual weak points. Our trainers will provide instructions on proper execution.
 

1:00 pm - TYAO Training Session with Dave Dave will lead you through a demanding training session to push your upper body strength to the limit.
 

2:30 pm - Wrap Up
