About the Our Experiences through COVID-19 project:
Service providers in the mental health sector played a significant role in supporting the lived/living experience community during COVID19. Whether you helped someone address their basic needs and/or kickstarted, maintained and encouraged their healing journey, we value you and see you. We believe that you hold wisdom that will enable us to capture the whole picture when it comes to people's experiences through COVID19. Hence, LELAN wants to learn from you and gain insights into what you saw, heard and did during the peak periods of COVID19 in South Australia.

Please note, that we use the term "service provider" throughout the survey. However, this does not mean that this survey is limited to the frontline delivery workforce. You may work in other areas in non-government and government agencies, such as project work, management, that provides you with relevant knowledge to respond to the questions.

You do not have to answer every question of the survey. The survey questions asks you to think from your own perspective as a service provider and to reflect from your organisation's perspective as well. Some questions may be more applicable to you than others.

About the survey results:
Survey results will be further explored in a future workshop with our lived/living experience community. All ideas will be synthesised into a report that will be distributed to not only the lived/living experience community but to service providers, non-government organisations and government agencies. Your voice will direct LELAN's advocacy actions and work moving forward.

About the information you share with us:
The survey is anonymous. Your privacy and confidentality will be respected.

Questions about your lived/living experience and how you personally identify helps us understand who is engaging with our projects and work more broadly. We will not disclose personal and/or identifying information about a person without their consent or in a way that they do not agree with.
