Independent Living in Texas

Thank you for participating in the process to gather feedback on the Independent Living needs of Texans with disabilities.  The information you provide in this survey will help guide the drafting of the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).  The SPIL, which is due in July 2016, is a federally required, three-year plan that sets the framework for the delivery of Independent Living services in Texas.  Independent Living services are those services provided to people with disabilities that allow them to be as independent as they choose.
