EMHA Hockey Experience Survey

Thank you for taking the time to fill in the following survey.  EMHA is thankful for your input on how you/your child's hockey experience was this year and how we can improve as an Association.  Please feel free to fill out this survey in confidence, there are no identifying information requests and the results will be sent directly to John Seney, LL Convenor to amass for overall evaluation.

* 1. Are you filling out this survey as a parent/guardian of a child who played this season for EMHA?

* 2. In what age group did your child(ren) play in this year? (Ie. I.P., Minor Novice, Major Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Midget) and did your player/child play on a local league team or a Rep/Ae Team.

* 5. Every year a decision has to made by EMHA as to if they will have an AE team in each division, in addition to a Rep and LL Team(s). As a parent/guardian, do you feel EMHA should continue to promote/have AE teams? What criteria should EMHA use to decide whether or not to have an AE team.

* 6. Should EMHA institute two black out periods from hockey (Christmas Break-1 week and March Break-1 week) if this was a possibility? Please Explain.

* 7. What are your views on body checking being permitted in Minor Hockey?  Currently OMHA standards allow body checking for Bantam Rep/AE players and Midget Rep/AE players.

* 8. Do you feel your child/player would like to have their own jersey at the beginning of the season with their name and number choice to keep at the end of the season if this option was available at an additional cost?
