Cape May County RL/SRL Mitigation Grant Workshop
Cape May County is offering several workshops for property owners interested in mitigating (structural elevation or acquisition) their NFIP Repetitive Loss (RL) or Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL) properties. Please sign up for one of these workshops being offered as follows:
· April 9, 2016 – 10:30am: Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City
· April 16, 2016 – 10:30am: Wildwood City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood
· April 16, 2016 – 10:30am: Wildwood City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood
Property owners who wish to participate in this program are required to provide the following, and are encouraged to provide these at the meeting:
· Completed Notice of Voluntary Interest
· Proof of CURRENT NFIP flood insurance
· FEMA Declaration and Release Form
· Four pictures of property taken from each side
· NFIP Elevation Certificate (for elevations, and only if available)
The Notice of Voluntary Interest Form and the FEMA Declaration and Release Form were provided with your invitation letter, and are also available at the “Enhanced RL/SRL Initiative” page at the following website: http://www.capemaycountyhmp.com
