DriPhone July - Is my smartphone making me dumber?

Is your smartphone a healthy habit or a mindless addiction?
An anti-social time waster or an absolute essential device for your social life? Do you think you could live without it?
This survey is part of my 4 week experiment to try and achieve a healthy balance between smartphone technology and conscious behaviour.
Your completion of this survey is crucial to my study -  thank you so much for taking the time to provide me with your honest input.
(it's free and anonymous)

Wish me luck!
