Vice-Chair: The person in this position is charged with fulfilling the Chair duties (principal executive officer of the Foundation who develops the long-term strategic goals and objectives and generally supervises and controls its affairs) when the Chair is unavailable. This position carries a two year term and the Vice Chair shall succeed to the office of Chair at the end of the current Chair's term.
