Telehealth Provider Survey

We would like to gain an understanding of your experience of telehealth implementation at your agency as it relates to technology needs and community needs to broaden access to telehealth, available community resources, and enhancing workforce capacity and/or competence. This survey is intended for organizations that are OhioMHAS licensed and certified providers.
