The SVRI is looking for a travel management partner with international and local travel management experience to:
- Provide a booking system for SVRI staff and partners.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and travel insurance as requested by SVRI team and partners.
- Arranging travel in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Arrange travel to ensure value for money while considering convenience and safety of team and partners.

- Insight into ongoing trips, future bookings and travel spend.
- Travel insurance for team based in and outside of South Africa.
- Visa assistance for travellers based in and outside of South Africa.
- Access to all major local and international travel suppliers.
2. International and regional travel

- Provide booking confirmations and itineraries within 24 hours of request.
- Handle reimbursement related to ticket cancellations.
- Reconfirm travel in the event of changes due to changes in routes.
- Solutions focused support (including after-hours support).
