The EML Group (EML), in partnership with SuperFriend invites you to take part in the Thriving Workplace Index Survey.
This anonymous, 10-minute survey gives young workers the opportunity to share their lived experience of work and wellbeing. Your responses will help build a clearer picture of the factors influencing mental health for people in your age group, across different industries and roles.
By sharing your perspective, you will help to:
understand the challenges workers of your age are facing,
inform improvements to existing workplace mental health supports, and
discover where more workplace support is needed
Your participation helps ensure that future workplace initiatives and supports are grounded in genuine worker experience - not assumptions. To take part, you must be aged 18 - 24 years and currently working in any capacity. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous.
