We want to hear from you! We’re rolling out an opinion survey to ensure your Co-operators retiree group benefits plan (G7272 Account 013) meets your needs.  We want to know what you think about your extended health care and dental care coverage through the plan. 

The survey contains 5 questions.  It should take you no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.  We ask that you complete the survey prior to July 21, 2023. 

As a reminder, your retiree group benefit plan booklet is located on the Co-operators Retiree Website (Login: cooperators  Password: retiree).
