Survey of schools and districts interested in removing PCB-containing lights

Thank you for your interest in learning more about PCBs in school lighting. Based on our research, PCB-containing lights are still used in Washington schools.

This survey is meant to help the Departments of Health and Ecology determine:

·       Where these lights may still be in use.

·       What level of interest schools have around this issue.

·       What knowledge schools have about possible PCB hazards in their facilities.

·       If your school may be eligible for funding through our Product Replacement Program to remove PCB-containing lights.
