AAHPM Survey of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures

AAHPM is assessing our ongoing and future role in quality initiatives, quality measurement, and clinical practice guidelines. Since AAHPM led the Palliative Care Measures Project which developed two endorsed quality measures for the outpatient setting in 2021 (Feeling Heard and Understood and Help Wanted for Pain), we are following up to learn about the use and impact of these measures in hospice and palliative care and beyond.

This short survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please contact Katherine Ast with any questions: kast@aahpm.org. The survey will close on March 31, 2026. Thank you for taking our survey.
