Early Childhood Yoga
is usually offered as parent-child classes for newborn-4 year olds? With the exception of classes for pre-crawlers, all of our classes require series commitment, usually of 6-12 consecutive classes.

Baby Yoga & Play (precrawlers) - This class features yoga-inspired movement, songs, baby play, and massage especially for newborn to pre-crawling babies as well as a bit of postpartum-appropriate yoga for parents. No previous yoga experience necessary. **This is the only children/family style class we offer that allows drop-in (one at a time) registration.**

Tot Yoga (crawling-24 months) - This is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class for crawling babies to 2 year old toddlers and their parent/caregiver. This class is all about your new mover. Crawlers and walkers learn poses, songs, and games while they explore new movement and social skills. Parents fully participate in class but no yoga experience or yoga mat is required. Simply wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to move.

Preschooler Yoga (21 months-4 years) - This class is for families of nearly 2 to 4 year old preschoolers, with younger siblings welcome. Class incorporates age-appropriate yoga poses, songs, stories, and games as children learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. No yoga experience required for either parent or child.
