2020 Neighborhood Program Grant Application

Welcome to the 2020 Neighborhood Program grant application. The decision was made to move the grant application to SurveyMonkey to better track and manage the volume of neighborhood project, event, and volunteer proposals.

To begin your application, please complete the follow question prompts. The questions you are required to answer may change depending on the grant project you select. You may submit multiple applications using this same link.

If you do not have all of the necessary documentation at this time you may move forward with submitting your application, however you will be asked to submit any missing documentation at a later date.
