The City of Goldsboro is updating its Five-Year Consolidated Plan, which contains strategies and priorities for spending federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Low- and moderate-income persons are the primary intended support recipients for the survey below. By completing this confidential survey, you will help to ensure that funds are directed to the most critical needs in Goldsboro. The results of this survey will enable City of Goldsboro officials to establish budget and program priorities. Thank you for participating in this survey, which is only for persons 18 years and over.
