Town of Fairview Parks Usage - Please take this short survey

Dear Citizens,

Please help us plan your enjoyment of recreation in Fairview!  The Town of Fairview Town Council and the Fairview Parks and Recreation Advisory Board wants your feedback on current and future parks and recreational facilities in Fairview. As stewards of your Town, we seek information on who uses (or would use) park facilities, which one(s) you value most, and what additions you would like to see. Your input enables the Town to prioritize, plan and allocate funds as possible. Once completed, an Open House is planned to review updates to the Park Implementation Plan.  The ten question survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
