ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
AND ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS

The Wyncote Audubon Society is conducting its 2021 Annual Election online through this special ballot. We invite members to participate in the election of officers and directors and to vote for the adoption of the proposed Constitution and Bylaws. The Report of the Nominating Committee with the list of recommended candidates for Director and Officer positions was shared in the May edition of the UPDATES. The report may be accessed at wyncoteaudubon.org. Please indicate your support for the election of the recommended slate of nominees on your behalf.


In addition, the proposed Constitution and Bylaws are available for review at our website at wyncoteaudubon.org. Please indicate if you support the adoption of the new Constitution and Bylaws.
