Speaking Rights National Training Registration October 2019

We are excited to announce that the Speaking Rights National Training will take place October 1st to 4th, 2019.

Equitas Speaking Rights Program, is an Human Rights Education program that aims at developing the capacity of youth to engage in actions that support respect for human rights. Young people participating in the Speaking Rights Program embark upon a process of empowerment guided by human rights values and principles.

The training will be held at Camp Elphinstone in Gibsons, British Columbia, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, from October 1st to 4th, 2019.

In order to proceed with registration, we invite you to fill out the following form. The form must be completed by each participant of the training. * 

Our reception of this form will be considered as confirmation of your participation. Once registered, Grace Skahan (gskahan@equitas.org), Canadian Program Assistant, will be in touch with you for the booking of airline tickets. 

The participation of youth in this event is very important for us. That’s why we are ready to do whatever we can to facilitate the participation of a youth from each organisation. Do not hesitate to contact Grace Skahan if you have any additional needs that we should be aware of that would allow you to be with us in October.
