MCHP Annual Accreditation Renewal Questionnaire

This questionnaire is a follow-up to the live MCHP Accreditation Session done with the Repository Access Unit.
Annually, we require everyone with access to a MCHP computer system and all Principal Investigators on projects being run through MCHP, to renew their Accreditation status and contact information. The Updates for the Annual Renewal (Reminders and What’s New?) presentation provides updates and important new details from MCHP for the past year.
