We’re exploring a small change to how quoting works on Mumsnet, with the aim of making threads easier to read and follow.

Users have raised issues with long quoting histories being difficult to close once opened. When multiple quotes are nested, they stack up and can spill off the side of the screen, making the text hard to read. We’re testing a more compact quoting history to see if this improves readability and navigation.
