We’re taking a 360 View of MS health services and want to hear about your personal experiences as health service users. We’ll be comparing the data from people with MS with the data from MS health professionals and MS service leads. This will help us to understand the different challenges around the UK, and how we can help to support better MS services for everyone who provides or uses them.

The survey should take about 25 minutes to complete.

This survey is for people with MS. You can ask family, friends and carers to help you complete it if you need to.

The MS Trust is committed to making the voice of people with MS stronger in everything it does. Knowledge and understanding obtained from this survey will help guide our work and priorities. We will be sharing the survey report to influence the support and services provided to people living with MS.
