Northeast Early Childhood Council (NECC)

Thank you so much for being so interested in the NECC Early Learning Kit. Please complete the form below and we will be in touch to confirm your eligibility and arrange drop off of the Kit. Please note that we have a limited supply of Early Learning (EL) Kits. Any family requesting a Kit after supplies have been depleted will be placed on a waitlist, pending future grant funding as well as community donations.

NOTE: Eligibility includes:

1) Have a child ages 3-5 years old. One Kit per child. If you have already received an Early Learning Kit for your child, you would not be eligible to receive a second Kit for the same child. You would be eligible to receive another EL Kit for another eligible child (i.e., twins, a sibling, etc.)

2) You must live in one of these towns: Brooklyn, Canterbury, Killingly, Plainfield, Putnam, Sterling & Thompson. You will be contacted to confirm the address you would like the Kit to be dropped off to you.

3) Your child must NOT be enrolled in a preschool/school, Head Start, or home visiting program. If your child is currently enrolled in a preschool, Head Start or Home Visiting program, you would NOT be eligible. Home daycares and homeschoolers ARE eligible.

Please visit our website (neccouncil.org) to view and/or download a FREE copy of our Resources for Families in Northeast CT Guide.

Due to the volume of requests for Early Learning Kits, please allow us a few weeks to follow up. Thank you.
