Community Connection Survey (Events & Neighborhoods)

This survey contains 20 questions to learn more about how residents connect with their community. The survey focuses on two areas: connection through community events, and neighborhood connection.

This survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Input received on the survey will help guide decisions for future community events (including Summerfest) and programs. The survey will be open for participation through August 31, 2021.
