Thank you for your interest in joining the Massage Therapy Research Network (MassageNet). Your participation in the MassageNet is entirely voluntary and at no cost to you. This initial survey is designed to provide basic information for the purpose of describing demographic characteristics of the network, as well as assist in the determination of future research for the massage profession. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
If you are a massage therapist practicing in a currently licensed state/province, you will need to provide your license number. We realize that many members may fit into several member categories (massage therapist, massage therapy student, massage therapy educator/administrator, and researcher), so please complete all questions that apply.
