Grief Cards That Get It

We’re creating a new grief card range with our brand new partner, Moonpig Australia! They'll be cards that actually say what we wish someone had said when our mum died, or on her birthday, anniversary, and any other significant milestone or occasion.

We’d LOVE your input on what some of those cards could look and sound like.

These cards will all be blank inside, so we’re focusing on what the front should say.
1.When your mum died, did anyone give you a card?(Required.)
2.If you answered yes to the above, how did it make you feel? If no, what do you wish a card had said?(Required.)
3.If someone was going to give you a card today, for example, on your mum’s birthday, her anniversary, or just a hard day, what words on the front would actually feel comforting or real?(Required.)
4.Is there a short phrase or message you’ve always wished existed on a card when it comes to grief?
For example, something like: “It’s just shit and I’m here”.
(Required.)
5.What kind of tone feels right for you in a grief card?(Required.)
6.What kinds of messages or words on a card would make you cringe, switch off, or leave you feeling worse?(Required.)
7.If you could choose one word or feeling a card should capture, what would it be?(Required.)
8.And finally, as we approach Christmas, a time that can feel especially heavy, sad, and isolating, what kind of Christmas card would you want to receive that acknowledges your mum’s absence and your grief?(Required.)
9.Anything else you’d love to see in this incredible range?
