REGISTRATION for TTR1 Fall 2019

Improvement in health care is a balance of technical skills and interpersonal communication and relationships. From Tools to Relationships (TTR) is a one-of-a-kind, dynamic program that focuses on the interpersonal skills of communication, proactive conflict engagement, and negotiation to improve coaching and team effectiveness.

Participants will develop knowledge and practice skills to enhance communication and relationships in the areas of:
• Active listening
• Humble inquiry
• Proactive conflict engagement
• Emotional regulation
• Motivation
• Negotiation
• Inspiration; and
...create, implement, and reflect on an individual plan to develop new habits in personal and professional communication.

This is a 5-month series that blends virtual and face‑to‑face learning sessions.

TTR Level 1 Fall 2019 Program Dates

Session #1 - ZOOM Learning Session - Wednesday, September 4, 2019
Session #2 - Face-to-Face Learning Session - September 30 - October 1, 2019 (arrive on Sunday, September 29, 2019)
Session #3 - ZOOM Learning Session - Wednesday, November 20, 2019
Session #4 - Face-to-Face Learning Session - December 12-13, 2019 (arrive on Wednesday, December 11, 2019)
Session #5 - ZOOM Learning Session - Wednesday, January 22, 2020

Virtual (ZOOM) Session Times: 4:00pm – 6:00pm ET
Face-to-Face (F2F) Session Times: Arrive on the Sunday or Wednesday before the Session that begins at 8:00am on Monday or Thursday and ends at 3:00pm on Tuesday or Friday.

Travel Information for Onsite Session

We suggest that you book your flight into Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). All major airlines fly into Boston. Arrange your Dartmouth Coach (www.dartmouthcoach.com) round-trip bus ticket from Boston Logan to Hanover, NH. The travel time on Dartmouth Coach is about 2 1/2 hours.

If you decide to rent a car, please be sure to keep weather conditions in mind.

Travel from Hanover to Lake Morey Resort
The best way to get to Lake Morey Resort is by Taxi. We suggest you share a taxi with other participants. We will be posting schedule of arrivals for you to connect with other CITs as we get closer to the Session.

The cost from Hanover to Lake Morey Resort is between $65 and $75.
