The intent of this survey is to better understand and identify benefits of and challenges to existing structures for reporting and resolving incidents or harassment, discrimination and abuse.

Responses to this survey are anonymous unless users elect to provide contact information in their response. However, even if contact information is provided, it will not be publicly disclosed and will be used for communication purposes with We Said Enough only.
