What would you like to see Ireland’s growing youth climate movement demand from our Government?

Ireland is the worst performing country in Europe in tackling climate change according to the latest index. By Leo Varadkar's own admission, Ireland is a 'laggard' when it comes to acting on climate change.

The government has already received recommendations from the Citizens’ Assembly on how Ireland can tackle climate change. Of the 13 recommendations, none have been implemented to date and Ireland faces €450 million in fines in 2020 for its poor performance.

All around the world, school students are demanding action from their governments.

Post-primary school students in Ireland will be doing the same on March 15th 2019 by taking part in demonstrations in Ireland.
