The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) is offering small mini-grants to support implementation of recommendations from the Happy Factor project. These grants are intended to help municipalities and community organizations within the CMRPC region reduce barriers to civic participation among older adults. Awards will range from approximately $1,000 to $5,000.
