The Clinton County Health District (CCHD) strives to keep our community healthy, educated, and safe.
CCHD is conducting this survey to determine the level of interest and feasibility of hosting in-person food safety training classes. The food safety training classes provides an opportunity locally for you to get Ohio Manager Certification or Ohio Person-in-Charge Certification (upon passing the exam), that is required by law for certain food licenses. Additionally, the trainings can increase your food safety knowledge and help you become more hirable in the Food Industry.
Please take a few minutes and help us by answering the following questions. If you need assistance with the survey, including but not limited to, paper surveys, large print surveys, and/or having the survey orally read to you, contact us at 937-382-7251 or info@clincohd.com. Thank you for your feedback and participation!
