7.While the event organizer team will order/prepare main dishes, we would like to know if you (e.g., EC adults or parents of youth and children would like to bring any additional dishes to share with others for the potluck dinner. At this time, we are looking for volunteers to bring appetizers, fruits, desserts, and beverages. Please check the boxes that are applicable to you. Thank you.
8.We are seeking volunteers to help with food preparation and clean up prior to and after the event on Sunday, August 30. If you are available to help in any way, please let us know.
