By telling us this, you’ll help us focus on what matters most to people living with TSC and their families.
If you provide your name and email address (and are aged over 16), you will automatically be entered into our draw to win one of three $100 eftpos gift cards. There will be three gift cards available and draws will be made from all survey entrants who complete the survey and provide their name and email address (excluding previous winners of a gift card).
