Thank you for your interest in becoming an Arthritis Ambassador!

Arthritis Ambassadors have the incredibly important task of raising public awareness of arthritis in their local community. They speak with community groups and organisations about arthritis and their experience of living with arthritis. Find the Position Description on our website.
 
Commitment: Arthritis Ambassadors should be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 1 year, and may present to between 1 to 3 groups per month. Arthritis Ambassadors are trained, supported and supplied with all necessary information and resources. 
  
Who should apply?
We're looking for public speakers keen to share their own story of living with arthritis, who:
  • Live with any form of arthritis, or have experience caring for someone living with arthritis.
  • Are passionate about raising community awareness of arthritis and the work of Arthritis Queensland.
  • Have no intention to promote or sell any personal agenda, business, venture or product when representing Arthritis Queensland. 
  • Align with Arthritis Queensland’s core vision, mission and positions on key issues (these will be covered in training).
