Hand Preference

This  is  an  inventory  to  determine  which  hand  you  prefer to  use  in  various  activities.  For  each  question,  indicate the if  you  perform  that  activity  with  your  right  hand,  left  hand,  or either  hand.  Remember  we  want  to  know  

how  you  actually  perform  these  activities  in  your  day-to-day  life,  not  what  you  might  be  able  to  do  if  asked.  In all  of  these  questions,  your  hands  should be  considered empty  when  you  begin  to  perform  the  activities.    

During the test, it will ask for your File Number. This number will be assigned to you at a later date. So for now, please type an "X" in the spot.
