RPA 8 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan Survey

The Regional Planning Affiliation 8 (RPA 8) is in the process of developing its Long Range Transportation Plan for 2050. To create a plan that accurately reflects the needs of our region, we need to know what you think. Your response to this short survey will help us identify the transportation issues that are important to residents of our community and help us determine how those issues should be addressed in the region’s plan. The RPA 8 region includes Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, and Jackson Couties, excluding the area within the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Transportation Study (DMATS) planning boundary. See map of the region below.
