TRSA Human Resource Marketing Tools Survey

The TRSA Human Resources and Marketing and Sales committees are collaborating to develop a marketing resource kit that HR and hiring managers can use to help in the recruiting process. These resources could include items like a bilingual video that explains job descriptions, or social media templates that can be customized to by any member for use in recruiting. We are open to new ideas that you would like to see.
 
The first step is to hear from HR managers, Plant Managers, and Hiring Mangers on what you tools you are currently using, what is working, and what you think will be beneficial to help you in recruiting.  Please complete by 5/13/22. Thank you for your prompt attention.
