Pre-Assessment

There are two important notes about this assessment before you complete it:

1. This is a personal assessment for you. We will review aggregate results but will not share individual results with the group (you will receive your individual results). Please be honest so that we can gauge your leadership progress from the beginning to the end of this program to determine the value. At the conclusion of the program, you will complete the assessment again to see if the needle has moved for you.
 
2. The leadership assessment includes leadership behaviors (the ones we’ll focus on throughout the program) and one open-ended question. You will assess your level of agreement with each behavioral statement on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 is low and 5 is high).
