American Indian Education Needs Assessment

We all play an important role in the school success of local American Indian children. There are many different ways that each of us can get involved and support our children’s learning. Whether you teach or tutor, volunteer at afterschool programs, help with education fundraisers, or just read with your own child(ren) at home each night, you are making a contribution that will help our children do well in school.

In 2016, we are applying for a Native Youth Community Project Grant in order to develop college and career readiness programming for Native children in our local community. You can help us enhance our partnership between schools and Tribal communities by answering the questions on the following survey. This survey will allow us to assess the educational needs of our local (Pre-K through High School Grade Level) Native Children.

All survey participants who complete the educational survey by April 22, 2016, at 4:00 pm will be entered into a drawing to win at least one of five prizes. Drawing prize winners will be contacted through the information provided on the last question.

Drawing prizes include:
1st Prize    $150 gift card
2nd Prize   $100 gift card
3rd Prize    $75 gift card
4th Prize    $50 gift card
