Welcome to TROG’s second photography competition. Aligned with the theme of the Conference Dinner we are asking for submissions under the subject: 80’s Neon!

Winner(s) will be announced during the Conference Dinner with prizes being awarded.

How it works
  • Participants submit photographs in digital format via the form below.
  • A maximum of 3 images per person
  • Image type can be in jpg (preferred), png or gif format, up to 16MB (as large as possible)
  • Deadline for image submission is Friday 14 March 2025 (early submissions appreciated).
  • The images are assessed by a panel of judges based on their visual impact, storytelling aspects, and technical quality.
Terms and Conditions
  • Submission is open to all TROG members, their colleagues and conference delegates.
  • The use of image editing software is allowed, so is the use of AI based tools. If AI has been used, please disclose that in the submission, as we might have a separate category.
  • Photographers retain the copyrights to their work and give TROG the permission to use the images to promote the TROG ASM and TROG Cancer Research.
  • By submitting an image you affirm that any people shown in the image have agreed to be there and have given their permission for the image to be shown publicly. You further affirm that your image does not violate any copyright laws.
  • The organisers reserve the right to exclude any submissions that are unsuitable.
