Proposed Recreational Sports Program Features

Transfiguration is working to expand Athletic Program offerings this coming year with several potential offerings for our K - 8th grade students. We need local volunteers to help with these programs so please consider how you can become involved in this ministry.

2.GIRLS FALL OR SPRING VOLLEYBALL:
Do you have a (4th-8th) daughter that would be interested in playing volleyball? The program will run two separate season; 6 weeks from August-September and 6 weeks from March-May include weekday practices and games on Saturday mornings ending in a tournament. Spring would be open to 4th grade for clinics after school.
3.GIRLS VOLLEYBALL:
Coaches are needed to help coach the teams after school or during Saturday morning games.  Are you interested to help with the volleyball program?
4.FALL OR SPRING SOCCER:
Do you have a (PK-8th) child that would be interested in playing soccer at Transfiguration? Soccer programs would run two separate season; 6 weeks from September-October and 6 weeks from March-May include practices and games on Saturday mornings or Sunday afternoons. Pk-K would be at a local soccer field and and 1st-8th would be a combination of "home" and away games in the Catholic Metro Soccer League.
5.SOCCER:
Coaches are needed to help coach the teams after school or during Saturday or Sunday afternoon games. Are you interested to help with the soccer program?
6.WINTER BASKETBALL:
Do you have a (K - 8th) child that would be interested in playing basketball at Transfiguration? The program will run from October-February and will include weeknight practices and games on Saturday mornings.
7.WINTER BASKETBALL:
Program Coordination and Coaches are needed to help run this program.  Coaches work with the teams after school in the evenings and during Saturday games.  Are you interested to help with the basketball program?
