Sponsor & Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 3rd annual event! Sponsor and Vendor options are outlined below. These fees help pay for event costs and all proceeds will benefit CASA of Westmoreland Inc and Central Westmoreland Habitat for Humanity.

NOTE: Completing this registration does not guarantee your participation in the event. Space is limited and we are reserving the spaces for automotive companies, community organizations, and related vendors. NO MLM COMPANIES! An email will be sent to each vendor upon review. Vendor fees will be collected the day of the event. Sponsorship fees will be collected in advance and we will gather business logos for the event t-shirts at that time.

* 4. If you wish to be an event sponsor, you can choose from the following options. Please note that sponsorships include vendor fees if you would like to have a vendor space.

Bronze Sponsorship $100.00 -- Social Media sponsor list, and small logo on event T-shirts, vendor space if applicable.

Silver Sponsorship $150.00 -- Social Media sponsor list, medium logo on event T-shirts, vendor space if applicable.

Gold Sponsorship $250.00 -- Social Media sponsor list, large logo on event T-shirts, DJ recognition during the event, vendor space if applicable.

Platinum Sponsorship $500.00 -- Social Media sponsor list, large logo on event T-shirts, DJ recognition during the event, a banner on the main event tent, and vendor space if applicable.

Other -- You are welcome to donate any amount you like! All donations will be recognized on our Social Media sponsor lists.
